The problem

An international specialist recruitment company had out sourced its bookkeeping but felt it had lost control of the situation. The company was not provided with any monthly management reports, and did not know their turnover or profit until the year end.The problems were compounded by the fact that the company traded with customers overseas in foreign currencies and factored its invoices.

The solution

BM Accounting Solutions installed and configured Sage 50 Foreign Trader and transferred the bookkeeping back in house. The changes reduced year end accounting and factoring fees. More importantly the Managing Director now receives a monthly profit and loss and balance sheet, meaning the company regained control of its financial affairs. The company has now expanded, opening offices in America and Dubai with BM Accounting Solutions providing essential bookkeeping and administrative support.
